TO COOL - Your therapy heat bag can be placed in a zip lock bag and placed in the freezer for several hours to be used as a cool pack, perfect summer time de stressor for the Children.

Never leave the bag unattended in the Microwave whilst heating

Do not place in the oven to heat

Sponge clean and dry in the sun, do not put in the washing machine to clean
