DIRECTIONS FOR USE- Shake well before spraying, Spray into the air around the space you are in, spray directly onto face with your eyes closed when you need that hit of calmness and to re-focus.  

INGREDIENTS -  Essential oils blend of Pink Grapefruit, Rose Geranium, Cypress, Witch Hazel, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Distilled Water.
