TO HEAT - To use your Therapy bag as a heat bag simply place in the microwave with a small glass of water at 30 second intervals for about 3 minutes or until you get your desired temperature, never leave the therapy bag unattended whilst heating in the Microwave - it is a good idea to open the door every 30 seconds and move the bag in a different direction.

TO COOL - Your therapy heat bag can be placed in a zip lock bag and placed in the freezer for several hours to be used as a cool pack

CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

Never leave the bag unattended in the Microwave whilst heating

Do not place in the oven to heat

Sponge clean and dry in the sun, do not put in the washing machine to clean
