TO USE YOUR MEDITATION THERAPY BAG

NATURAL - Can be used just as it is - offering you a relaxing calming comforter to snuggle up too – Place over your eyes whilst Meditating or drifting off to sleep.

TO HEAT- To use your Therapy bag as a heat bag simply place in the microwave with a small glass of water at 30 second intervals for about 3 minutes or until you get your desired temperature, never leave the therapy bag unattended whilst heating in the Microwave.

TO COOL- Your therapy heat bag can be placed in a zip lock bag and placed in the freezer for several to be used as a cool pack, perfect to lay across your eyes when you have a headache.

CARE AND USE INSTRUCTIONS

Never leave the bag unattended in the Microwave whilst heating

Do not place in the oven to heat

Remove the cover only to wash, do not put the flaxseed insert into the washing machine

Can be refreshed by spraying with one of Da Da Daisy’s face, space and body Mists.
